Sand with the oil takes into the tube inevitable, during the process of sandstone reservoir exploitation. Some sand into the pump and get out of the ground, most of sand assort in the barrel and buried the oil layer, plugging the oil passageway. Sand in the well mainly is cementing cement dust, drill plug cement dust, fracturing ceramsite sand and stratum sands. Fracturing ceramsite sand and stratum sand is very small and easy to take out by sand washing. Cementing and drill plug cement dust is bigger, not easy to take out and easily produce the secondary pollution.

To solve these problems existing in the field and weakness of the sand wash in normal oil well, from 2002 our company developed the new type vacuum return pump (high efficiency without pollution). After several years field application and improvement, can satisfied the sand pumping construction so far, and the max sand pump length can be reached hectometer.

 1. Usage

High efficiency without pollution sand pumping technology is mainly apply to all kinds of oil-water well which needs sand flush operation.
 

2. Main structure and work principle

High efficiency without pollution sand pumping mainly have: 1. hydraulic-sand separation valve 2. tooth coupling 3. Steel-rubber ring piston 4.Working barrel 5.outlet cap 6. sand setting separate blade 7. Liquid accelerating tube 8. golden-sand drill 

Firstly rely on the sand surface data analysis that the possible sand setting length, figure out the needed sand setting tail length, put the sand drill connect with sand setting tail tube into well, inserted liquid accelerating tube. After connected the accelerating tube, tail tube connect with sand pumping put into well with oil tube. The ground tube installed anti-spray valve, sealing preventer install on the wellhead (prevent the middle layer pressure suddenly go up in the sand pumping process).

 When lift the pipe column from the operation machine (quicker lift, stronger pumping power), impact by the tail tube weight, pump piston go upward, inner tail tube impact negative pressure, on the pressure difference influence, sand together with well hydraulic into sand drilling. Because the piston surface of sand pump is 9 times bigger than the accelerating tube, when lift speed is 3m/second, hydraulic in the accelerating tube is 27m/second, under this high speed hydraulic flow, in theory can take out 0.5KG sand.

 Downward the pipe column steady, hydraulic-sand mixture in the tail tube, at the impact of separate valve, outlet cap and sand setting blade, separate sand form mixture and hydraulic drain out of tail tube, sand drop to the tail tube and take out of the ground when lift pipe. When the sand layer is hardness, lift down the pipe under the certain prepressure impact, tooth coupling bite each other, rotating the pipe column, sand drilling could drill the sand surface easily. The surface of sand drilling inset YT8 alloy with high hardness could cut rock.
