The high efficiency oil and gas separator is used in the pumping well and gas production well with high oil and gas ratio, serious gas influence, and the diameter of the pumping pump is not more than 70mm.
Work Principle
The high-efficiency oil-gas separator is composed of an upper joint, an outer pipe, a spiral pipe, a spiral blade and a lower joint. In the production process of the oil well, the well fluid enters the casing from the bottom and completes the first-stage separation process in the casing. The separated liquid enters the separator chamber and is fully separated by the separation device. The gas is discharged from the separator chamber with the change of stroke during the swabbing process and returns to the oil jacket annulus. The residual gas in the center tube is discharged from the exhaust valve into the annular space of the oil sleeve during the down stroke of the pump. When the plunger of the pump is moving up, the liquid in the separator is directly drained to complete the whole separation process.
