Work Principle
The multifunctional sand control oil-gas separator mainly consists of a swirl solid-liquid separator and a swirl gas-liquid separator. The oil-liquid gas-sand mixture enters from the middle side inlet and goes down along the spiral surface. Under the action of centrifugal force, the dense sand particles go down along the outside of the spiral and enter the settling tailpipe. The gas and liquid flow down the inside, and enter the inner tube up from the liquid inlet pipe at the lower end, and then enter the spiral gas-liquid separator. In the spiral gas-liquid separator, the liquid spirals up along the outside and is discharged through the liquid discharge screen into the screen of the pump, and the gas enters the collecting hood along the inside and is discharged by the vent valve.
